If your tracking code doesn't work in the link above, it will definitely work in one of these:
• https://www.royalmail.com/tracking
• https://www.evri.com//tracking
If you still have problems tracking your order, please send an email to our support team including your order code. It will be something like #101 and we need it to help you track your package.
This code is present in all emails sent by us (Attention: It is not the email sent by Mercado Pago, but the email sent by our store.)
Once you have your order code (#1234), we will respond within 24 business hours.
